Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the goods from our store order! If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return your merchandise for a refund. We accepts the return merchandise for up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped. We suggest trying on your goods indoors to make sure they fit and are to your liking before wearing them outside.

If you experience any defects in workmanship, we will gladly replace the product - no questions asked. We pride ourselves on providing you with the best quality products. Please contact us via email to replace a defective product.

● Exchanges

Please email us and let us know the reason why you want to exchange, we will provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged in the absence of damage from received the date of shipment, in the original condition with all original packaging. When returning to exchange, please make sure that your name, address, telephone number and instructions are indicated.

● Returns

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your purchase providing the following conditions are met

  The shoes have not been worn for any other purpose other than trying on. Signs of wear and use will not be accepted as a return.
 The shoes are returned with all original unopened accessories including brochures, certificates, cloth, case, outer box. Shoes not returned with all original and unopened accessories will not be accepted as a return.
 The shoes are returned to us bubblewrapped and shipped in a sturdy box to avoid damage in transit. Damaged items including damage to the products outer box as a result of poor return packaging will not be accepted as a return.

● Refund Policy

Refunds will be applied to the payment method on which you made the online purchase and will appear in the form of a credit. Refunds are processed to include the amount you paid for the item(s) along with any sales tax which was charged at time of purchase.

Shipping fees cannot be reimbursed unless an item is defective/damaged or there was a fulfillment error. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for these changes to appear on your card statement.
